HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMENS DAY 2023
Sadly, Casa De Angelae has lost another dear friend, Nancy Pigeon.
Nancy was our second Mentor and she truly understood our vision of making Casa a family home. She was instrumental in laying the groundwork of how the home would function on a daily basis, making it the success it is today. One of the many things that Andrea, Amy, Katie and Kelly loved the most about her was Nancy's great sense of humour. She will forever have a special place in our hearts.
Thank you to 100 Women Peterborough for allowing us to make a presentation and then win the $10,000.00 donation. This enabled us to install 2 chair lifts in the Casa home.
2018 was a difficult year for Casa as we lost two great friends and founding board members, Peter Roach and Peter Adams. Affectionately known as Peter 1 and Peter 2, they were the heart and soul of our "rookie" board for several years. We can never thank them enough for all that they have done for Casa De Angelae. We will miss them and they will be forever in our hearts.
